Your privacy is important to us. Herald Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GRFlow mobile application (the "Service"). This policy outlines how we handle your information.

1. No Data Collection

We believe in privacy by default. GRFlow does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you.

• We do not collect analytics or usage data.
• We do not use third-party trackers or advertising.
• We do not require you to create an account.

2. Required Permissions

To provide its core functionality, GRFlow requires access to certain features on your device. This access is used *only* on your device and is never sent to us.

• Photo Library Access: GRFlow needs permission to access your Photo Library (Camera Roll) *only* to save the photos you choose to download from your camera. The app does not read, modify (other than adding new photos), or delete your existing photos.
• Local Network & Wi-Fi: The app requires access to your local network and Wi-Fi to discover and connect directly to your Ricoh camera's Wi-Fi hotspot. This connection is strictly local between your phone and your camera.

3. In-App Purchases

GRFlow offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase to unlock the "Pro Version." This transaction is processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, receive, or store any of your payment information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was completed.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. Since we collect no data at all, this applies to all users.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
