Terms of Use for GRFlow

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the GRFlow mobile application (the "Service") operated by Herald Labs ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

GRFlow is a mobile application designed to help users connect to their Ricoh GR3/GR3x cameras via Wi-Fi and download photos to their iOS device.

The Service is offered with a free set of features (e.g., single-image downloads) and an optional, one-time In-App Purchase ("Pro Version") that unlocks additional features (e.g., bulk downloads, smart sync).

2. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases

The "Pro Version" is a one-time In-App Purchase processed through the Apple App Store. This purchase grants you a lifetime license to the "Pro Version" features available at the time of purchase, as well as any future updates to those features, for as long as the Service is maintained and supported by Herald Labs.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as permitted by Apple's App Store policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be compatible with your camera or device, operate without interruption, be free of bugs, or that any errors will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Herald Labs or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of photos, or other information, for business interruption, or for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are solely responsible for backing up your photos. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

6. Governing Law

The laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., the country/state where your company is registered], excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms
